Soldiers Detain Three in Raids Near Ad Duluiyah Tikrit, Iraq -- First Infantry Division Soldiers from the 1st Squadron, 4th Cavalry Regiment detained three individuals during raids near Ad Duluiyah on Dec. 10 at about 12:30 a.m. One person detained is a suspected member of the Taji Jihad Court.
