Iyad Allawi, former Iraqi Prime Minister, said that the religious reference in Iraq has no relation with the constitution, which he pointed out that what matters is not drafting it, but finding the means that guarantee the protection of its application. Allawi stressed the Iraqi privacy of the constitution.
